2)    TIME :  The word “planning” can seem like another word for a “To Do” list which can be overwhelming in our busy lives.  We offer expert guidance and advice with step by step support breaking everything down into manageable tasks, which you can consult us on at any time with no extra charges.  Often a client comes with the belief their matter is a simple one “I only need a simple Will or LPA” but very often, what you expect plus the considerations and requirements of your actual situation, turn out to be more than the client is expecting.  Don’t be put off if this happens.  It is usual!  That is why we are here as professionals to guide and support you step by step no matter how simple or complex.

3)    CONFLICT :  Where there are communication or conflict barriers, we are an Independent Mediation & Resolution Service that offers Empowered To Talk and Mediation.  Agreements and decisions need to be reached which may have the possibility of conflict and risk upset and relationships.  Empowered To Talk can be used to prevent escalation and maintain harmonious decision making.  Where there are existing disputes, court proceedings or court is a possibility, you may use our fully skilled Civil & Commercial and Community Mediation services.  This can bring your matter to a close, (often on the day) stop escalating costs and create an agreement that all sides formulate, ie no win or lose situation.
